Cure Treatment/Holidays with Dog
Our guests composition and the feedback of a number of cure guest has shown us the great demand for cure treatments and holidays with dogs or other pets. To offer such a service for the first time in Austria, we have created a special concept at our Landesvilla for our guests.
Landesvilla
Location
The Landesvilla is located directly at a park and only a few meters from the Kurhotel Vitana. The Kurhotel Vitana and the Landesvilla offer perfect conditions to escape stress and find relaxation and recreation. Individual health programs for everyone offer the perfect chance to combine a health cure with recreation and spend a few days holidays with your dog. The location of the Landesvilla is perfect for a holiday with your perfect. The large park with lawns and forest areas is an ideal place for a morning walk or evening stroll with your pet.
Living at the famous art nouveau building in Upper Austria
The Landesvilla is one of the most famous art nouveau buildings in Upper Austria, planned and realized by the architect Mauriz Balzarek from 1312 till 1914. The villa offers 15 rooms, kept in art nouveau with partly still original “Balzarek” bedrooms.
Business Management and Philosophy
Most of the cure and health resort do not allow dogs and other pets because of hygienic and sanitary rules. That is not the case with the cure hotel Vitana and the Landesvilla at the Eurothermen Resort Bad Hall. ”Our guests praise the class of our house combined with Upper Austrian friendliness, medical competences and personal care” says Gabriela Hamedinger – resort management. “I have two cats as well, who belong to me and I understand that it is important for our guests to go on a cure without stress because they do not have to look for a place where they can leave their pets while they are away. That’s why we offer a cure with pets where we guarantee a uncomplicated stay without any worries.“

How we care for all pets:
- Sleeping place for your dog and a dog bowl at arrival at your room. Every day a little surprise is waiting for your dog at the room
- Room with balcony on request
- At the restaurant at the Landesvilla, dogs are allowed, if you do not want to take your breakfast without your dog. You can also use the restaurant at the Kurhotel Vitana without your pet.
- To take the dog for a walk is not a problem – your are located directly at the park where you can go for a walk every time
- We offer guided hiking tours where you can take your dog with you as well
- At our reception Vitana you get hiking maps and route plans for the most popular walking tours
- In all of our bars we offer water supplies for your pets
- We work together closely with the local veterinarian, who you can contact in emergency. – Costs for the vet must be settled directly with the vet.
- If you need any special food for your pet, we are glad to organize it for you. (will be placed on your hotel bill)
- To assure for the health of all our guests at the Landesvilla, it is necessary to apply vermicides and anti-flea agents to your cats and dogs at least 3 days before arrival.
