Arrival
On the day of your arrival, your room is available from 14:00 onwards.
Departure
We request that you leave your room by 9:00.
Arrival by Car
The parking spaces directly in front of the hotel are available to you for short stays, loading and unloading. Otherwise, there is parking space available in the public parking garage (you can obtain tickets for a reduced fee from us; free parking is available at the parking complex on the B122).
Arrival by Train
You can be picked up from the train station Rohr im Kremstal by our hotel taxi on advance request for a fee of 6.00 euro per person.
All-Inclusive Package Deals
We request that you book any all-inclusive package deal components in advance. Any components not completed will not be refunded.
Smoker/Non-smoker
We are a health resort, all rooms are, therefore, non smoking. We request that you refrain from smoking also in the restaurant.

The prices are all listed in euro, including tourism charge and the type of board booked (half or full board).
