The Landesvilla is a neighbour house of the Health and Spa hotel Vitana, located directly at the park, only a few metres from Kurhotel Vitana. Living at the most famous art nouveau building in Upper Austria
The most famous art nouveau building in Upper Austria is the Landesvilla, which was planned and realized by the architect Mauriz Balzarek in the years from 1912 till 1914. The whole interior of the Landesvilla was also designed by Mauriz Balzarek, in order to fulfill the premise of the art nouveau to create a synthesis of the arts. Be amazed event at the entrance to the villa by the impressive two-story hall with open wooden stairs and gallery and the beautiful equipment. The Villa provides 15 rooms, also kept in art nouveau with partly original “Balzarek” bedrooms.
