Hotel Information

Arrival: Check in
Your room is available from 3.00 pm onwards on the day of your arrival. If you should already arrive in the morning, our wellness area is available to you of course AT NO EXTRA COST – your early check-in advantage.

Departure: Check out
Your room is available until midday on the day of your departure. Also on the day of your departure, your wellness holiday should last as long as possible. The entire wellness area is available to you FREE OF CHARGE.
YOUR SUPERIOR SPECIAL: You can request a late check-out until 16.00 if you’ve booked a Superior Room.

Journey by Car
From the EAST: Take the Westautobahn Motorway A1 to the exit Stadt Haag – Steyr – Bad Hall.
From the WEST: Take the Westautobahn Motorway A1 to the exit Sattledt – Kremsmünster – Bad Hall.
From the SOUTH: Take the Pyhrnautobahn Motorway A9 to Kirchdorf – Nussbach – Adlwang – Bad Hall.
There are parking spaces directly next to the hotel. Feel free to book a garage space (see additional charges – superior rooms and classic suites already have a parking space included).

Journey by Train
With arrivals and departures, we offer a transfer service with the hotel free of charge from the train station Rohr/Bad Hall (please book in advance).

In the Centre of the Park
We request booking in advance. The elements of the package cannot be interchanged. If package treatments are not taken up, there is no refund. If guests should depart early, there is no refund on the all-inclusive package deals.

All-inclusive Package Deals
Wir bitten Sie diese bereits im Voraus zu buchen. Packageinhalte können nicht ausgewechselt werden, bei Nichtinanspruchnahme erfolgt keine Rückvergütung. Bei vorzeitiger Abreise erfolgt keine Rückvergütung von Pauschalangeboten.

Smoking/Non-Smoking Rooms
As we are a health resort, smoking in the restaurants, in the entire health and wellness area and in the rooms is not permitted. In the bar area, the lobby, on the balconies and terraces, smoking is, however, permitted.

Cancellation - Terms
The general terms of business for the hotel sector 2006 apply. The current version is from 15.11.2006 (see General Terms of Business)

Prices
All Prices are per person in euro including luxury half board. The prices are valid until 30.09.2009. We maintain the right to change offers and prices.

Appointments
To ensure a most comfortable stay as possible, we request that you make appointments for the desired treatments in the hotel’s therapy and beauty departments in advance.

Mode of Payment
You can settle your bill with us in cash, via bank card or credit card. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Amex, JCB.
