Sauna World Attractions:
Stadl Sauna
The sauna with an earthy atmosphere. Stock up on energy at a temperature of 90 °C. Various aromatic scents in the hourly steam-dousing disperse wonderfully luscious aromas.
Finnish Sauna
At a high temperature of 95 °C, body and soul are brought into their natural balance once again. The immune system and the circulation are fortified and the skin conditioned. Within 30 minutes, the temperature rises 30 °C to 95 °C. The steam-dousing is carried out every hour by the sauna staff.
Bio Coloured Light Sauna
In the bio sauna at a temperature of 50 - 65 °C and an average air humidity of 20 %, you can relax wonderfully. As there is no steam-dousing carried out in this sauna, there is less pressure on the cardio-vascular system. It has a regulatory effect on the circulation and enables optimum detoxification.
Aroma Steam-Dousing Saunas
The classic among saunas and an amazing experience for body and soul! At a temperature of 90 °C, daily routine quickly vanishes making way for beneficial recuperation. The aroma steam-dousing disperses a wonderfully vitalising aroma.
Infrared Cabin
The gentle deep heat treatment strengthens the immune system and helps to release tensions. We recommend 20 minutes in the cabin.
Steam Room
In the steam room, the temperature is about 40 - 45 °C with an air humidity of 95 %. The ideal combination of heat and humidity has a cleansing and conditioning effect upon the body. The steam treatment is also extremely beneficial to the respiratory system and the skin.
Rauriser Natural Stone Grotto
The water maintained at a temperature of 32 °C is an ideal place to relax between sauna sessions. Gentle massage jets enhance the relaxation factor.
Felsen Plunge Pool
The cold plunge pool with its temperature of 10 °C is the ideal way to pep up your circulation.
Kneipp Foot Baths
Hot – cold – hot – cold... this treatment sends ripples through your whole body and really gets your circulation going!
