- EKG
During the EKG, the electric impulses caused by the workings of the heart are registered technically. From this representation, conclusions can be drawn on health and illness.
- Cardiac Stress Test
The cardiac stress test is a medical test performed to evaluate arterial blood flow under stress. It is a so-called provocation test to see how the cardiovascular system functions under physical stress. This examination obtains results on blood flow disturbances in the heart, rhythm errors and blood pressure regulation. As well as this, the optimum pulse for optimal endurance training can be ascertained.
- 24-Hour EKG
The 24-hour EKG provides information on rhythm errors (regarding the type, duration and point of time) on unnoticed (mute) circulation deficits in the heart and on the variability of the heartbeat sequence.
(Also with rhythmical heartbeat sequences, the temporal distance between heartbeats is not the same. The larger the variability, the more healthy and fit the person is. The smaller the variability the greater the risk. Various illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, illnesses of the coronary artery, and also stress lead to a reduction in the variability.
- 24-Hour Blood-Pressure Measurement
The blood pressure is measured in automatic intervals over a period of 24 hours.
- Echocardiography
Echocardiography is an ultra sound examination of the heart. Important for the clarification of pumping power, the measurement of the size of various parts of the heart, ascertaining of the thickness of the heart muscle and clarification of errors in the heart valve system.
- Ultra Sound Examination of the Arteries
Using special equipment, ultra sound can be applied in the diagnostic process of the arteries. Arterial leg circulatory disturbances can be ascertained for example. It is also possible not only to measure and depict the constriction or shift of the arteries but also the early stages of arterial sclerosis by the ascertaining of the thickness of the inner skin of the carotid artery.
- Ultra Sound Examination the Thyroid
Using ultra sound the thyroid, liver, gall bladder, pancreas and kidneys can be examined.
- Spirometry = Lung Function
During this lung function test, we ascertain various volumes of the respiratory system and the tidal intensity. In cases of chronic bronchitis or bronchial asthma or also with illnesses related to a reduction in thorax flexibility, the quantification of the disorder is very important.
- Gastroscopy = Mirror of Stomach
- Coloscopy = Mirror of Large Intestine
