Would you like to regain energy and to recharge your batteries? To achieve this goal take advantage of our individual training programs. Our therapists and you will create a plan suited to your needs. Our skilled therapists will coach you to well being and health. Our varied health offers will enable you to find and implement your ideal “vital plan” for your body, mind and soul. Music and choreographic programs serve to optimally stimulate your heart and cardiovascu lar system and coordination whilst the activity in water improves the effi ciency of movement.

An ambitious whole body training program with specifi c breathing techniques and fl uid movements.

Time: every 2nd Tuesday 19:00 (8.2 -22.3.2011) - Body styling with Pilates
The exercises help your body to get in shape more quickly and effectively.

Time: every 2nd Tuesday 19:00 (from Feb. - March) - Breathing workshop (two sessions recommended!)
By measuring the lung capacity, the COPD workshop is particularly enlightening for smokers and those with increased lung requirements.

Time: Monday 16:00 - Active breathing training
Using breathing exercises and the basic information on the breathing organs, one can achieve an improved level of activity and relaxation.

Ideal for all those who are under stress and high pressure in their everyday life.

Give your eyes a break every now and again. Balancing eye gymnastics train and relax your eyes and aid regeneration naturally
