With a temperature of 80 °C the Kaiser sauna is the hottest sauna and a treat for each visitor. Water is poured onto the stones every full and half hour, and the humidity is 10-15 %.

Guests can stay as long as they like in this sauna, which has a temperature of between 80 °C and 90 °C and a humidity level of 10 %, and is therefore ideal for regular sauna users.

Within 25 minutes the temperature increases from 50 °C to 80 °C. The humidity level is 10-15 %, which stimulates the metabolism and leads to a feeling of total well-being. After each session, the sauna master pours water on the stones, but does not waft the air around with a cloth.

Suitable for those who like a slightly cooler sauna: a temperature of around 60 °C and a humidity level of 40 % stimulate the metabolism, and guests can stay inside for as long as they like.

With a balance of between 50 °C and 50 % humidity, the Stone bath results in an especially mild form of sweating. Water is poured onto the stones every 6 minutes and guests are recommended to stay inside for approx. 25 minutes.

Do something good for your skin and body - with a temperature of 50 °C and 100 % humidity, the steam bath detoxifies and flushes your body using scented steam, which causes it to sweat and is good for the skin and respiratory passages.

When you walk into the grotto, the atmosphere is incredibly warm. The grotto includes alternating colour lights, and the 2.5 % brine is finely nebulized, a form that allows it to have an extremely beneficial effect on the respiratory passages and the skin.

The gentle 40 °C warmth helps relieve stiffness and pain, while the pleasant light has a calming and relaxing effect. We recommend that guests stay inside for between 20 and 30 minutes.

The saltwater pool has a temperature of 33 °C and a 3 % salt content. It regenerates and relaxes the body, increases the sense of well-being and promotes the circulation.

The perfect place in which to relax between individual sauna sessions, with a pleasant temperature of 38 °C and stimulating massage sprays.

With a temperature of approx. 10 °C, this pool quickly gets the circulation going again and has a highly revitalizing effect!
