Royal**** Hotel Information
- Arrival:
Your room will be available from 15 on the day of your arrival.
Thermal springs: as a guest you are entitled to all day free-of-charge entry to the public thermal baths (Salzkammergut-Therme, Relaxium sauna world), which normally costs € 22,00
- Departure:
We kindly request that you vacate your room by 12 noon – you are free to use the public thermal baths all day on both the day of your arrival and departure.
- Early check-in / Late check-out:
At the hotel reception you will be loaned a bag containing all you need for the thermal baths, including a bathrobe, bath towels, bathing shoes and a security key that allows you access to the public thermal baths. You can reach the Salzkammergut-Therme via a heated panorama walkway. The complex is open daily from 9 to 24.
- Arriving by car:
Parking spaces can be found around the hotel or in the underground car park that is directly connected to it (parking fee payable).
- Arriving by train:
The railway station in Bad Ischl is located right next to the EurothermenResort Bad Ischl (approx. 3 minutes' walk away). Pick-up and transfer on request.
- Smokers/non-smokers:
The hotel only has non-smoking rooms/suites. Smoking is also forbidden in the restaurant. You are welcome to smoke at the bar, lobby and on the terrace/balcony.

- Cancellation:
The General Terms & Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions 2006 apply. The version of 15th January 2006 is applicable (please refer to the General Terms & Conditions)
- Prices:
All prices are in euros and include pampering half board plus tourist tax.
Valid until 30. September 2012. Errors & omissions excepted. Prices and offers are subject to alteration.
- Price reduction:
The closure of any attractions due to maintenance work does not give rise to any entitlement to a reduction in price.
- Payment method:
We recommend that you settle your account in cash. We are also happy to accept debit cards or credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners and JBC).
