Arrival
Your room is available from 3.00pm on the day of your arrival.
Thermal springs: as a guest you may use the public thermal springs (“Aquapulco” waterpark – “Tropicana” Cabrio thermal springs – “Relaxium” sauna world), which normally costs €36.50, all day free-of-charge.
Departure
We kindly request you to vacate your room by 12 noon – you may also use the public thermal springs all day on your day of departure.
Arrival by car
A reserved car park with security surveillance is located close to the hotel.
Arrival by train
Convenient travel by train: the railway station is close to the Eurotherme Resort (about 5 minutes on foot). Transfer upon request.
Early check in / late check out
At the hotel reception you will be loaned a bag containing all you need for the thermal springs including a bathrobe, bath towels, towelling mules and a security key that allows you access to all the public thermal springs.
In the hotel itself a changing room is available with secure lockers. You can reach the thermal springs via a heated connecting passageway, which is open daily for you from 9.00am to 11.30pm.
Glass connecting passageways
Not below ground but in the treetops is where we have built glass passageways connecting the individual resort areas:
Aquapulco, Tropicana (incl. Beauty Vital Club), Relaxium, Physikarium, Atrium
In the centre of the park
The Eurotherme Resort is surrounded by 22 hectares of parkland, which provides ideal conditions for sports activities. A “walking-jogging course” with different walking and jogging sections as well as a “health course” with exercises at different stages will tempt you to get active in the fresh air.
Package offers
We kindly ask you to book package offers in advance. Any services that are not availed of will not be refunded.
Prices
All prices are in euros and include the Paradiso**** pampering half-board plus tourist tax. Valid from 1st October 2011 until 30th September 2012. Errors & omissions excepted. Prices and offers subject to change.
Price reduction
The closure of any attractions due to maintenance work does not give rise to any entitlement to a reduction in price.

Smokers/non-smokers
The health-conscious hotel can only offer non-smoking rooms and suites. We also kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the restaurant. Smoking is only permitted in the new Paradiso lounge and on balconies.
Terms and conditions of cancellation
The General Terms & Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions 2006 apply. The version of 15th November 2006 is applicable (refer to the General Terms & Conditions)
Thermal springs inclusive
With your booking you have automatic admission to the public thermal springs (Aquapulco waterpark, the Cabrio thermal spring Tropicana, the Relaxium sauna paradise and the Beauty Vital Club).
You may also use the thermal springs on your days of arrival and departure.
Method of payment
We recommend that you settle your account in cash; we will also be delighted to accept Bankomat cards or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex & Diners).
