Bad Schallerbach und Bad Hall: sufficient parking spaces are available for thermal spa and hotel guests.
Bad Ischl: Use the Zentrumsgarage for free as a guest.
The bathing rules and all other regulations displayed in the sauna worlds Relaxium (Bad Hall and Bad Ischl) and in the sauna mountain village AusZeit (Bad Schallerbach) apply.
While the sauna mountain village AusZeit (Bad Schallerbach) and the sauna worlds Relaxium (Bad Hall and Bad Ischl) are garment-free areas, they are not nudist facilities. Please wear a bathrobe or a sauna towel after visiting the sauna plus cooling-down phase. The same applies for the gastronomy areas.
Bad Hall and Bad Ischl: the sauna worlds Relaxium are for visitors from the age of 16 only.
Bad Schallerbach: children from the age of 6 may use the sauna mountain village AusZeit under parental supervision: Exception: the relax chalets are only for ages 16+.
Lost or forgotten swimwear is washed and dried in the thermal spa. Other lost property (e.g. glasses, bags, towels) is stored for some time. If you’re missing something, please get in touch with the respective thermal spa management as soon as possible and give a detailed description with, if available, photo, address and phone number. Please note that socks, underwear and armbands are not kept.
Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas where clearly visible ashtrays are placed. The outdoor pools are non-smoking areas.
The thermal spa pay desks gladly accept cash, EC and cash cards and credit cards.
Bad Ischl: paying the thermal spa admission charge entitles you to visit the Salzkammergut thermal spa.
Bad Hall: admission entitles you to use all facilities of the thermal spa Mediterrana.
Bad Schallerbach: admission entitles you to visit the Cabrio thermal spa Tropicana. Please purchase a combined ticket for the pirate world Aquapulco.
All thermal spas: the respective combined tickets for the sauna areas are available at the pay desk.
Upon paying your thermal spa admission, you will receive a data storage medium in the form of a bracelet. This is your method of payment for the entire thermal spa and anything you consume will be charged to it. You may pay for these in cash or by card upon leaving the thermal spa.
- The family rate is for a maximum of 2 adults and at least 1 child/teen up to the age of 15.

Consuming food and drink that you bring with you is not permitted due to reasons of hygiene.
No worries, the additional time is charged automatically to your data storage media. Simply pay for the difference at the daily rate together with your consumption upon leaving the thermal spa.
The indulgence half-board at the thermal spa hotels starts on the arrival day with the cake and strudel buffet in the afternoon and ends with breakfast on the departure day.

Your accommodation is available to you from 3 pm on your arrival day.
Please vacate your room/suite on your departure day by 12 noon at the latest.
Yes, dogs are allowed in the thermal spa hotels for a fee (not including food). Please state when booking that you intend to bring your pet with you.
Bad Hall, Kurhotel Vitana/Landesvilla: your dog may gladly accompany you on your rehabilitation stay!
Bad Hall: motorway A1 exit Stadt Haag or Sattledt, A9 exit Ried im Traunkreis
Bad Ischl: motorway A1 exit Regau; the train runs through to the thermal spa and the train station is right opposite
Bad Schallerbach: motorway A9 exit Pichl/Wels; by train to Bad Schallerbach station, then a five-minute walk to the thermal spa, signposted route
